vigeantumblog, did anyone ever tell you that you look like the kid from Stepmom? I don’t think this is an insult - but just incase, I’m sorry?Londonbeard shatters my confidence far more than anyone else in the world.
Common insults?
1) Your beard is weak.
2) Your scrabble team name should be weak beard.
3) Your beard is not as good as Andy’s Beard.
Now this?
Honestly… I shaved my beard into a moustache to avoid harassment… now this? I can’t win. I am going to need to stop following londonbeard.tumblr.com (if you are not a reader I recommend checking it out).
First of all, I never actually called you weak beard or even said that your beard was weak. That night people kept mishearing me for some unknown reason and when StrongBeard was named, it was actually the result of someone mishearing me say “Roan Beard” and then the conclusion was drawn that if Andy’s beard was strong, yours must be weak, but these conclusions were NOT made by me because I was merely commenting on the colour of his facial hair! In fact, if you look at my entry from September 13th, you will see that I referred to your beard as having many merits, “including its fullness and consistent shape,” which I believe to be very important aspects of a fine beard.
Secondly I stand by my claim that saying you resemble the adorable boy in Stepmom is not an insult. He has energy and a twinkle in his eye, you could even say he has joie de vivre! All good qualities! All I’m saying is he could be the little boy version of you - not necessarily that you look or act like a small child - I think your magnificently full beard speaks for itself on that matter!
I am sorry if you have suffered emotionally from my comments but I hope that I have cleared some things up and you can enjoy me and my blog once more.
